Sales Representative
· Full-time, permanent position
· Pay Rate: $65k to $70k base + a robust commission structure (parameters TBD) + benefits
· On-site – New Bedford, MA
We at Raise are hiring for one of our key clients in the seafood industry. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, our client’s team is expanding to meet rising demand.

Responsibilities:
· Complete internal training that will contribute to successful, professional sales skills and personal growth
· Manage high volume inbound and outbound sales calls with the ability to recognize qualified sales opportunities
· Communicate with prospects and customers by responding to phone calls, emails, and other requests in a timely manner.
· Use Company CRM to manage Sales/Prospect pipeline
· Acquire and demonstrate proficiency in applying referral skills and relationship building with client base by understanding our product offerings
· Perform product demonstrations in support of existing sales team
· Assist with special projects, costing, etc.
· Gain exposure to various marketing, communication and account growth techniques
· Attend industry shows and food service road shows
· Communicate our sustainability message and relevant industry specific topics to customers via weekly e-mail blasts
· Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Qualifications:
· Planning and organizing, utilizing time management skills
· Attention to detail pertaining to sales, marketing, and various obligations
· Good judgment & communication skills
· Knowledge of sales & marketing principles and strategies
· Excellent customer service skills
· Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently
· Ambitious self-motivated individual, proactive towards new tasks
