Our team is looking for a sales executive who is passionate about commercial real estate! This person will be responsible for sourcing for land and commercial shopping center opportunities in the east of the Mississippi so our company can buy and lease out these properties to businesses that agree to a Triple Net Lease.
THIS IS A BASE + COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY IN OFFICE
Responsibilities
- Make over 100 cold calls to find Triple Net Lease Landscape opportunities
- Do market research on the areas and rents in order to make sure the commercial properties are a profitable investment
- Travel across the United States to locate the properties
Qualifications
- A passion about commercial real estate!
- Experience in real estate sales on the commercial side (1-3 years)
- Availability to travel across the United States
- Experience in sales environment such as cold calling other businesses
