Job Summary: Green Key Resources is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to own and build a new territory of your choosing from the ground up while building a team of recruiters underneath you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and recruitment requirements.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clients.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of employment, including salary and benefits, between clients and candidates.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, within an agency setting.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
