Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager with automotive experience at Bob King Automotive Group in Winston-Salem, NC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and training the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Dealership experience
- Sales Management, Automotive Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, train and actively motivate a sales team effectively
- Knowledge of automotive financing and industry trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus
