Summary: The Sales Coordinator and Pricing Specialist will support the airline sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing pricing strategies, and utilizing Salesforce to enhance customer relationships and sales processes. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations.
Essential Functions:
Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales activities and administrative tasks.
Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics.
Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for airline services.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor pricing.
Collaborate with the sales team to create pricing models and proposals.
Analyze pricing data to recommend adjustments and optimize revenue. Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce system.
Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and opportunities.
Train and support sales team members in using Salesforce effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Assist in the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales.
Support the implementation of sales initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination, pricing, or a related role.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the airline industry or a related field.
Knowledge of airline pricing and revenue management.
Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
Travel Requirements:
May travel up to 30% including domestic/international travel.
Must have a valid passport for international travel without any restrictions.
