A professional services company in the Valley is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this newly created position, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing the SG&A, financial modeling, and headcount planning and analysis. What do you need for this Senior Financial Analyst role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- 7+ years of finance experience (with at least 3+ years in a Senior Financial Analyst role)
- Mid-sized to large company experienced ideal
- Advanced Excel
What will you do in this Senior Financial Analyst role?
- Act as finance SME for all SG&A cost centers
- Quarterly forecasting
- Review department financial performance
- Analyze historical data, trends, and budget variances
- Develop and track KPIs
- Build out headcount reporting and analyze related costs
- Identify areas to automate processes around headcount reporting
- Cost allocation maintenance and implementation
- Identify cost savings opportunities
- Project management around new strategic plans
