Bundy Baking Solutions' mission is to be the most trusted supplier of essential equipment, bakeware, coatings, and services to bakers around the world. To support our ambitious global growth while continuing to maintain our values, we are seeking a polished and accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager. This newly created position reports to the global VP HR and will primarily work from our Urbana, OH headquarters.

Here’s what we need someone to do: • Lead the way in taking us beyond “post and pray” reactive recruiting and overreliance on third party firms by introducing passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline building for professional and technical / skilled trade positions globally • Implement an organized / transparent process to ensure professional and efficient selection while providing a positive candidate experience • Full cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, calibration / selection, and ensuring a smooth handoff to start onboarding activities • Provide guidance on how to evaluate candidates for cultural fit (or cultural add), technical skills, and potential • Share best practices and offer recommendations to the team leading our entry level production floor recruiting efforts • Formalize our internship and co-op programs • Optimize our applicant tracking system • With the help of third-party experts, ensure all recruitment and hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations everywhere we do business • Partner with marketing on our social media and employer branding efforts
We are hoping you have: • The knowledge of “what good looks like” with the ability to implement appropriate structure and process without creating unnecessary bureaucracy • 5 plus years of experience in corporate talent acquisition including recruiting for roles at all levels of a manufacturing organization • Prior experience sourcing talent outside of the US (this is big plus) • An understanding from first hand experience the legal and cultural nuances and complexities of working across borders • Proven ability to build partnerships across all levels of an organization • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human resources, marketing communications, or equivalent experience
