Sr. Commercial Property Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Commercial Property Manager in Sacramento, CA. Full-time, direct-hire, onsite, salary $125K - $140K.
Responsibilities:
- Manage property financial metrics, ensuring portfolio profitability with monthly reporting and variance analysis.
- Interpret Lease and Vendor Contracts to determine owner/tenant obligations, including tenant billing.
- Approve and account for all property expenses, resolving tenant billing issues such as CAM reconciliations and direct expenses.
- Resolve tenant issues efficiently, focusing on long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to maintain asset quality, scheduling vendors and ensuring compliance with management directives.
- Ensure asset code compliance (fire, ADA, etc.), recommending improvements as needed.
- Act as the primary contact for security and fire alarm calls.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Property Managers, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
- Lead and oversee Property Managers, Junior Property Managers, and Assistant Property Managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive property management experience or equivalent education and experience.
- California Real Estate License and Certified Property Manager preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on property management and team management experience.
- 7+ years of commercial real estate experience.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience with Property Management/Work Order Software (Yardi preferred, MRI, SAP).
