Seal for Life Industries- a division on Henkel Adhesives Technologies, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support our Life Last brand under the Infrastructure Coatings division. The IC group services the Performance Coatings, Polymer Flooring, Insulative, Marine, and Fire Protection Coatings Markets. The Regional Sales Manager will manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region. This will include new business development, technical support, and conducting field training for current and prospective customers.
Position Responsibilities
- Identify new customers and develop relationships with the goal of driving revenue
- Work with customers and other relevant parties on the generation of project specifications pertaining to the use of specialized industrial coatings
- Oversees and facilitates the delivery and installation of products
- Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district
- Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region’s sales volume
- Collects relevant competitor’s market information to increase sales volume and market share
- Recommend product of service enhancement to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the paint and coatings industry and/or associated product sales and service required
- Will require frequent travel within assigned territory or area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
