Arrowhead Talent Solutions is supporting a manufacturing company in Greater Chicago (SW region) to fill a Senior HRBP role.
About the Role: As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in driving our manufacturing operations forward by aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring our team is engaged, high-performing, and equipped to meet our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance business performance and drive organizational success.
- Talent Management: Build and retain a world-class workforce by implementing effective talent acquisition, development, and succession planning strategies.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing coaching and counseling.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
