As Chief Growth Officer (“CGO”), you will lead all expansion and partnership efforts for our mission-driven, growth-focused outpatient behavioral health practice. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer
The CGO will serve as an important outward-facing representative of SOL’s mission and values, with ultimate responsibility for overall demand generation to support SOL’s ambitious vision. You will be accountable for all aspects of growth, including strategic partnerships, payor relations, and marketing, working with functional leaders across the organization. You will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (“ELT”) and play an integral role in shaping SOL’s future.
You must be a strategic, structured, productive and results-driven leader who plans pragmatically, communicates effectively, collaborates skillfully, and executes with urgency. You will collaborate with corporate and field-based leaders to refine our value proposition for partners with a goal of increasing demand generation across all existing and future SOL markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive cost-effective patient acquisition and increase market awareness of SOL’s services.
- Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive demand for our services.
- Develop, drive, and execute a long-term business development roadmap that is informed by data and evolves based on company priorities. Determine and monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance of initiatives, programs, and outcomes and adjust where necessary.
- Expertly refine and lead the following domains: business development, marketing, payor relations, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance awareness of our service offerings.
- Serve as the primary liaison with payors, including managed care organizations and self-funded employers, to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and address any issues that arise.
- Stay informed on changes in payor policies, reimbursement rates, and industry regulations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with market operations teams to open new locations on time and on budget.
- Develop a process to manage and optimize SOL’s external reputation.
- Work closely with the ELT and SOL’s Board of Directors to develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the company.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business development and marketing professionals, including recruiting high-quality talent, motivating the team, delegating effectively, and managing performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic credentials.
- 10+ years of relevant business development, growth, partnerships, or other related experience; knowledge of referral-based business development and experience working with managed care organizations is required.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing demand generation and growth strategies.
- Experience in negotiating and managing payor relationships.

- US work authorization.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
Compensation: $250,000- $350,000 (base + bonus)
