Job Description:
Process understanding:
- Knowledge about the SAP Concur cloud travel management solution and the modules in general.
- Knowledge of the different processes/workflows within Travel request and Expense report modules
- Knowledge of the Onboarding toolset to use it with all major functionality to create/maintain entries and do user training accordingly
- Knowledge of reporting setup regarding Cognos and RPA functionality
- Knowledge of the different Concur RPAs: Accounting, Reporting, Emailing (auditing of import/export jobs)
- Knowledge of the processes and responsibilities in- and outside : HR, Finance, Business Travel, Travel Agency, SAP Concur/FI/HR, Corp. Card Provider, 3.party vendor
- Participation in internal discussions regarding continuous improvement (processes and toolset)
Ticketing and Support:
- Creation of cases at Concur helpdesk according to training and instructions
- Solution of technical import errors regarding credit card feeds, List and Employee imports
- Solution of end user tickets with "how to" questions according to training and instructions
- Solution of 1st level support tickets
- Execution of required (existing) Cognos reports according to training and instructions
- Creation of new Reporting and Accounting Security for users
- Assigning new user permissions (e.g. Expense Processor, Request Auditor, Cash Advance Admin) according to approvals and instructions
- Creation of new currency or location (=city) in Concur
- Working together with team colleagues & SAP AMS FI/HR colleagues to help trouble[1]shoot Financial Posting Failures and Payroll Posting Failures
Onboarding activities:
- Supports general onboarding activities within implementations and rollouts according to templates and checklists
- Configuration of localization (GL Account mapping, Tax admin, Travel allowance, Car allowance, existing Cognos Reports, etc...) in current existing scope and countries
- Configuration of standard settings required for an onboarding in current existing scope and countries
- Creation of new RPA Reporting definitions for newly created basic Cognos Reports to connect successfully to Cognos, as well as creation of sample data and basic reporting catalog descriptions
Documentation:
- Creation of written documentation according to instructions
- Creation of video documentation according to instructions
Administration:
- Joining project meetings
- Joining team workshops and meetings
- Time Tracking according.
