JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is assisting a global manufacturer of luxury glassware in their search for an Account Coordinator that will be sitting in Fairfield, CA. The ideal person in this role is comfortable interacting with current and future clients with purchases and any product related issues. The Account Coordinators are responsible for providing efficient and courteous service and keeping professional relationships with customers. The position is 60% Customer Relationship Management and 40% Portfolio Management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication skills
- Inbound and outbound customer service experience
- Comfortable being in an onsite setting
- 1-2 years of experience working with other or managing business accounts
- Excel experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- CRM or SAP experience
- Microsoft Office 365
The pay rate for this role is up to $25 an hour for the right candidate.
