Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly self-motivated Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager to promote sales activities and being interface with top-tier customers (Consumer electronics companies or Cloud/Data Center/Networking key accounts) in Cupertino. The candidate will be responsible to create new business and expanding current precision components businesses.
Job Description:
1. Set up sales plan towards top-tier customers in North-America, make action plan and daily activities.
2. Further formulate sales activities, achieve all sales related KPI targets through top line to bottom line.
3. Managing sales performance through high product quality deliveries to make sure all strategy onto production floors. By this way to drive the business profitability together with operation team in China.
4. Always holding responsibility of future development on his shoulder to work with R&D team to develop future needs technologies and processes to meet market and customers long term development requirements.
Business performance:
1.Strong ability to new business development.
2.Customers’ interface and develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers in order to make rapid growth of business.
3.Engage and build relationship with key customers.
4.Create short-term & long-term sales planning and objectives then implement them;
5.Review, analyze and evaluate sales performance against plans and standards, implement changes to plans as necessary to ensure maximum sales growth and profitability.
6.Coordinate meetings with customers regarding new project status/engineering issues/future opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Knowing and working with details
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills
3. Language: English and also prefer to be able to use Chinese
4. Education: Bachelor's degree and above
5.6+ years working experience in OEM/Consumer Electronics Industry or proved capability to take above R&R
6. Knowledge of business development and mechanical background is must
7. Positive mindset with strategic plan
8. Able to work under pressure
