About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while focusing on giving software demos to municipalities across the U.S.
This position is remote, and you will be working with the rest of our fully remote team. As a small but dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with the company and make a significant impact on our continued success.
Compensation:- Base Salary: $54,000/year
- First Year OTE: $78,000/year (Base + Commission)
Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leads, focusing on municipalities that would benefit from UtiliSync's software solutions.
- Conduct engaging and informative software demos, showcasing the value of UtiliSync's products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring consistent follow-ups and closing deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with our support and development teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of UtiliSync.
Requirements:- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industries.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos and presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with the municipal sector or utility industry is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
