Payroll and Benefits Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will manage and optimize our payroll processes across the US ensuring compliance and excellence in every detail. Your expertise in multi-state payroll processing, coupled with your ability to navigate benefits administration, will be key in supporting our diverse and growing workforce.
This is a hybrid position (3x/week in the office) based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in US & payroll
- Experience with Paycom HRIS required
- Experience US state payroll processing
- Experience with sales commission plans
- Experience with 401K administration and audits
- Experience with self-funded benefit plans a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors and service providers
- Ability to deal effectively with our International HR partners throughout the CRIF Group
