Clinical Trial Account Manager - This role will sit in the Proposals & Pricing team
Are you looking for a dynamic role at a Pharmaceutical business, where you can have a direct impact on the team, along with continuing a varied position structure touching on all the parts you love about your role!
You will take on a role at a family orientated business, looking for someone who can think on their feet, have a great client facing experience, but can also balance the communication and challenges that happen internally when handling proposals and pricing.
Overview of day to day:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our proposals group, ensuring everything runs smoothly - manage RFPs and RFQs
- Handle new requests, assign tasks, update pricing models, and write compelling proposals and change orders.
- Answer high-level questions from management and tackle a variety of queries related to accounting, invoicing, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Adhere to all cGMP requirements and related SOPs.
- Enter crucial data into the ICS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with Business Development to maintain trackers, respond to client inquiries, and manage special projects.
- Be the main contact for clients, guiding them through the proposal process and ensuring their needs are met.
- Train new proposal associates, review and approve pricing, and manage updates to templates and cost center coding.
There are key elements of the Pharmaceutical Industry which would be hugely beneficial if you understand the basics of GMP, SOP's, catch records etc however these aren't 100% necessary to have experience in, these parts can be trained on.
Experience:
- Proven experience of working in a related field managing contracts and proposals - will need to know how to update pricing models, write proposals and can easily answer higher level questions
- Exposure of working with different teams, Business Development, Finance, Project teams etc.
- Fantastic communicator! Although this part can be looked past, it's definitely one we're focussing on!
- Hugely beneficial if you understand GMP's, Batch Records, SOP's and of course worked in a similar field.
