This 1,200-employee, Series C firm ($500 million in funding), which employs people from more than 75 countries, is seeking a Bilingual Account Executive to close software deals that range from $10k to $100k+ ACV. Your territory is Florida and Latin America, and you must be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. You can be located anywhere in the EST or CST time zones.

Role
* Individual contributor role, working from your home office in EST or CST.
* $80k to $100k+ base, commensurate with previous quota achievement and your location.
* OTE is double your base. Company equity; a minimum of 4 weeks off per year; flexible schedule; paid parental leave; Fortune 500-quality benefits.
* Top candidates are former SDRs who have 2 to 3+ years of selling SMB or Mid-Market SaaS solutions.
* Any experience, connection or interest in HCM, HRTech, or Employee of Record is strongly preferred.

* Challenger Sales experience/mindset preferred. You will be teaching and tailoring throughout the sales process. You must be able to build credibility in yourself and the solution.
* You will have an SDR partner (1-to-1 ratio), and you’ll build a territory plan that keeps your pipeline filled.
* You must be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Territory is Florida and Latin America.
* You will close between 3 and 7 net-new deals each month; the quota is 15 per quarter.

This is an exciting time to join our company and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive, joining our Sales Team. This is a pure hunting role as an Account Executive, driving net new business.
What this job can offer you
- Create 'Land' opportunity deals that include detailed notes with accurate close dates
- Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities
- Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients
- Proactively answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions in a prompt manner
- Internal collaboration and communication with key departments that support client process, experience, and support
- Close sales deals efficiently while kindly guiding clients through the process
- Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle
- Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Understands the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
- Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.
