LaSalle Network has teamed up with a nationwide manufacturing company looking for a Contract Recruiter to help recruit across the country! In this role you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and various company leaders across the organization to become a subject matter expert.
We are looking for experienced consultants who can dive right in, start building pipelines and take on various requisitions at a time. This Contract Recruiter will steer the recruiting process from sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and negotiating salaries to extending offers. It is fully onsite in Racine Wisconsin.
Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all open positions
- Source talent through job boards, ATS, social media sites, career and job fairs
- Build and maintain solid pipeline of candidates for current and future openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring decisions and coordinating interviews; handle all communication with prospective candidates
- Coordinate on-site interviews by reserving conference rooms and organizing schedules
Contract Recruiter Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter; experience working in a matrix environment with a variety of corporate client groups is a plus
- Strong project management skills, organized and detail oriented
- Ability to think quickly and work through problems when challenges arise
- Ability to work independently without much direction, but also as part of a team
