Job Description:
- Provide HR support and guidance to Spanish-speaking employees on various HR matters, including policies, benefits, leaves of absence, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage employee intake calls and emails, providing timely responses and solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including digital files and documentation.
- Support and improve People Operations procedures and processes.
- Leverage people analytics and reporting techniques to inform HR strategies.
- Assist with recruiting efforts for manager-level new hires, including sourcing, pre-employment, and onboarding.
- Respond to labor department inquiries and verify employment.
- Maintain knowledge of employment/labor laws and promote compliance.
- Support employee diversity program initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the employee experience.
- Travel up to 15% for company and team meetings, training sessions, and new location support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR/SPHR certifications a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) REQUIRED.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Meticulous with strong organizational and time management skills.
