HR Analyst
Our global client is seeking an HR Analyst with a passion for data and analytics excellence to support organizational decision-making and overall HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ad hoc and standard reports, as well as dashboards, to provide meaningful stories and analysis.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly standard reports to key stakeholders across the company in a timely and accurate manner.
- Extract and transform data from multiple lines of business into a single source of data for consolidated and accurate reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports, and metrics, including the preparation of org charts and company-wide contacts.
- Administer HRIS, including setting up new hires, deactivating terminated employees, troubleshooting general problems, and assisting with changes within the HRIS (job titles, salaries, office locations, managers, etc.).
- Enter and maintain data in the HRIS, and track and process data changes and import files within the system.
- Collect and track company-wide PTO and Sick time.
- Manage the HR filing system (electronic and physical) and create employee files.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Competencies and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a complex global organization
- Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting tools (UltiPro/UKG knowledge is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation).
- An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the “as is”
- Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy.
