Specialist Staffing Group is looking to bring on a sales focused Recruitment Consultant to our Progressive Global Energy brand. This person will be client facing working with new and existing Utilities clients in the Houston area. If you are a driven sales professional equip in business development and sales tactics, this is a role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- As a Recruitment Consultant on the Progressive sales team you will focus on building client relationships
- Perform lead generation and market research
- Lead client meetings to assess their needs and negotiate agreements
- Work with the delivery team of recruiters to manage the candidate interview processes
