Job opportunity available with a leading healthcare company in Duluth, GA. They are seeking an experienced bilingual customer service professional to join their Member Services Team. Contract position with the option to extend and access to full-time openings companywide.
Compensation
During Training: $18.00/hr.
After Training: $19.00hr.
Start Dates: 9/23
Training/Working Schedule:
- Training and Nesting scheduled fluctuate, if you are able to work the operating hours below with no problem, these hours will be perfect!
- ***Mon-Fri Hours Vary between 7am-9:30 pm and Sat and Sun 7am-9pm (must be flexible able to work schedule between these hours)
- Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!
What you will be doing:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
- Assist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.
- Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographics
- Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology
Requirements:
- 6 months+ Call Center Experience (2+yrs Customer Service Experience)
- Pass Required Assessment
- Able to work flexible/required hours of operation/work schedule
- Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required
