Job Summary: We are currently embarking on a crucial project that involves developing detailed technical requirements. The project also requires a significant knowledge of salesforce. This business analyst will need to develop business development and data integrity requirements and will support the team as needed
Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and implement effective Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and improve customer engagement.
- Manage Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and measure the effectiveness of Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as database applications are developed.
- **Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role in CRM and platform management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or equivalent experience.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
