Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Administrative and Financial Assistant will assist the CEO in all aspects of the CEO role. Successful candidates will have experience at a high level of Executive Assistant roles while also possessing excellent business and management acumen. The position requires marketing knowledge combined with fluency in the Office 365 shared documents environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assist CEO in advancing priorities and objectives of the company, supporting all aspects of the CEO role.
· Prepare a variety of spreadsheets, projections, marketing/financial models and analysis for internal, client and business development efforts.
· Analyze existing data to draw insights.
· Conduct research as needed.
· Work fluently in Office 365 collaborative Word documents, Excel spreadsheets PowerPoint presentations, decks, agendas, reports and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
· Read, research, collect and analyze information in connection with a variety of projects as needed.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
· 5+ years of related experience required in working in a similar role.
· Business sense - has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
· Advanced working knowledge and fluency working with shared documents in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to act as resource for other staff on same.
