As CSO, you will lead and scale the sales organization, which currently consists of 21 sales reps (and 3 leaders) across 3 teams: Small Business, Healthcare, and Major Accounts, as well as Marketing and Sales Support (28 direct reports). As the company embarks on an ambitious growth plan, your strategic and tactical leadership will be pivotal in doubling the sales headcount and driving the company toward its next level of success. This role requires a hands-on leader to build on the success of the Healthcare and Major Accounts teams while revitalizing the Small Business Unit, which is in a rebuilding phase. You’ll be shaping and executing strategic sales plans, improving the recruiting process, fostering a positive, performance-driven culture, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
To be considered, candidates should have experience managing at least 15 B2B sales reps (preferably 30+), successfully leading a team through a rebuild by recruiting and developing top talent, and strong preference for experience overseeing managers.
You must also be able to commute to Downtown Philadelphia to be in the office 3 days a week.

The Right Background:
- Proven success in a senior sales leadership role within a B2B environment.
- Experience managing sizable teams (ideally 30+ reps) and developing B2B sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on building and nurturing talent.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in equipment finance or related industries is a plus.
- BA/BS is required, MBA is preferred.
- Must be able to commute 3 days a week to the office in Downtown Philadelphia.
