Planning Coordinator
The Planning Coordinator will be responsible for managing and preparation of daily manufacturing build records for Finished Goods and Sub-Assemblies, scanning completed products, reconciling daily output/scanned products between manufacturing, warehouse clerks and assigning manufacturing/sterilization lot numbers per build records. Daily tracking of manufacturing output reports, monitor GMP are properly followed and identify non-compliance prior reconciling daily reports. Planning and ensuring material availability to support build schedules.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate build records as requested per production planner.
- Delivers build cards according to planning schedule.
- Scan production completed FG/Subs on hourly basis.
- Data entry of planning and quality required reports.
- Coordinates and track sub assembly shipment to Costa Rica and China JV.Report Engineering builds/yellow sheets that impacts schedule to Production Planner.
- Proactively escalates potential production barriers.
The Skills/Experience Needed for the Engineer II, New Product Development
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of production support or related experience
How You Will Stand Out from the Crowd:
- Ability to read and understand company procedures
- General computer knowledge, including Excel, Word and Access
- Experience with data entry and attention to details
- Prior experience in production support and or JDE Software
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and present findings
