The ideal candidate understands that as an early-stage startup, there are always a number of projects and priorities on the go. As a result, the candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable with a work environment with less organizational structure than a more mature business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts by increasing and enhancing our marketable database
- Assist in preparing customized sales material for new prospective customers
- Manage and maintain contact, account, and opportunity information in CRM
- Help build best practices for post-sales engagement with users
- Daily huddles with the Rentable go-to-market team to go over current projects and priorities
- Work closely with the Directer of Growth to win new and expansion business.
- Daily cold calls to prospects done at a high volume
- Follow-up on inbound and outbound leads and generate qualified opportunities

Required Skills:
- Curiosity, drive, and interest in startups
- 1-2+ years of technology sales or business development related sales experience
- Experience developing targeted outbound campaigns leveraging a modern sales-tech stack for optimization and automation (Hubspot, Salesforce, Gsuite, Avoma, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Orum)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
- Having a healthy dose of entrepreneurship, curiosity and a problem solving mentality
