Clutch is looking for an Account Director with B2B technology or telecom experience for an agency client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.
- Oversee programs, collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.
- Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings.
- Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.
- Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
- Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with a strong understanding of B2B, technology, fintech, and/or telecom industries.
- Recruitment marketing experience required.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful multichannel campaigns.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote communications/project management tools.
