Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Pre-Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical sales processes, particularly in the realm of CAD software, including but not limited to SolidWorks, NX, and Autodesk. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, driving customer satisfaction, and expanding our account base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or technical sales roles, with a focus on CAD software solutions.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, and Autodesk, with the ability to demonstrate and articulate their functionalities effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding accounts and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that leverage our CAD software offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the technical benefits and features of our products.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation to support sales efforts.
Post-Delivery Support:
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, providing technical support and guidance to customers during the onboarding process.
- Conduct follow-up sessions with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the customer support team to resolve any post-delivery technical issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Technical Sales Understanding:
- Maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the CAD market.
- Leverage technical expertise to address customer inquiries and challenges, positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
Account Expansion:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
