About the role:
We're looking for a talented eCommerce Account Manager to take charge of managing relationships with Brick and Mortar .com's business (such as Walmart.com, chewy.com, and tractorsupply.com) to enhance engagement. As a part of our HICC sales and marketing team, you will be working closely with the brand managers and the content team from HQ; below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:
- Has full accountability for the customer growth strategy and net sales objectives of Brick & Mortar.com (B&M).
- Holds responsibility for the financial performance and profit & loss (P&L) of B&M.com's eCommerce activities.
- Concentrates on refining the approach for market entry for online retailers, including business planning, negotiation of terms & conditions, and Joint Business Planning (JBP) collaboration.
- Demonstrates expertise in eCommerce tools and technologies, staying ahead with the latest developments in search algorithms, site navigation, customer reviews, and product categorization, among others.
- Leads efforts to enhance the relevance of search results across all customer platforms.
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on eCommerce performance metrics.
Oversees the development and monitoring of internal eCommerce performance scorecards for each customer.
- Directs the implementation of corrective measures in collaboration with customers as needed.
- Collaborates with the eCommerce Marketing Lead and analytics team to boost conversion rates.
- Exhibits exceptional analytical abilities, with a proven track record of interpreting test results and making data-driven decisions.
- Displays strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities, adept at identifying and focusing on high-impact initiatives.
- Brings knowledge in digital marketing, including advertising, search optimization, and customer relationship management.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key players in retail media (e.g., WMC, KPM, AMG).
REQUIREMENTS
- BS/BA degree or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in CPG/ CE and E-commerce
- Proven records of strong digital consumer experience executions
- Preferred to have experience with chewy.com, walmart.com, or tractorsupply.com
- Good understanding of strategic business stakes and a true customer-first mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and across different geographies
- Solution-oriented, able to manage ambiguity
