TO QUALIFY: You must have a BS or BA degree, MBA preferred. You must have at least three years in human resources in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Lastly, you must be available to travel @ 30% to out of state plants.
Our client is a rapidly growing North American manufacturer with facilities across the US and Canada. ! As a result of their growth in the West, they have created a new HRBP seat in a key manufacturing plant in Phoenix.
- This is a newly created position designed to bring an HR presence into the region and to specifically focus on employee relations, especially in the Phoenix plant.
- You will brand and create an employee relations program and set the tone for a best place to work culture.
- The main plant was a well known, family run business in Phoenix for many years. Our client acquired them in 2022.
- The plant is a 100,000, two building facility with @80 employees.
- You will also have responsibility for two plants in the Dallas/Waco markets and one in Sacramento. 70% of your time will be spent in Phoenix.
- Compensation is highly competitive and benefits are excellent. Even amidst COVID-19, these plants have been producing and shipping to a very strong sector of the building products trade.
