Other TX locations can include Lubbock, Tyler, Midland and Odessa if you'd like to add them. Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Smith+Nephew®, cellular and tissue products to targeted accounts.
- Utilize existing business relationships to expand sales within designated markets.
- Navigate supply chains and negotiate local contract agreements.
- Drive product adoption and inclusion in consignment agreements.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of proven success in Operating Room (OR) sales within the medical device industry.
- Experience with cellular and non-cellular tissue products. Specifically selling wound, tissue, skin graft or wound infection products.
- Ability to effectively represent products from multiple companies.
- Proven track record in negotiating local contract agreements and navigating supply chains.
- Familiarity with getting products added to consignment agreements is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge and experience with tissue deficits, trauma deformities with soft tissue loss, de-gloving/avulsion, open fractures with possible infection, wound dehiscence, and complex surgical cases involving bones, tendons, muscles, and hardware.

Commission
This is a 1099 position. The commission structure is competitive and designed to reward performance. They understand the importance of incentivizing their Reps for their hard work and dedication in promoting their products. The specifics of their commission structure can be discussed further during the recruitment process to ensure alignment with the expectations and goals of potential sales reps. The 2024-Tiered Commission Plan is as follows:
