We are working with a dynamic charter school system in Benton Harbor, MI, to find passionate and dedicated teachers for their middle school and elementary school programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for both new graduates and experienced educators to join a supportive and innovative teaching community. Both certified and non-certified teachers will be considered with the understanding that non-certified teachers must be willing to obtain certification in the near future.

You will have competitive pay, between $42,000-$50,000 depending on qualifications and experience as well as a complete benefits package. There are also opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.
We are seeking educators with experience teaching and working in the following capacities: 1st Grade Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, 5th Grade Teacher, Middle School Math Teacher, and Elementry and Middle School Music Teachers.
The educational institution we support is looking for long-term, regularly scheduled employees. This is not a temporary or substitute teacher role. CCRG has been asked to introduce qualified teachers to the management team for direct hire.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards and the school’s curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their educational goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Support the school community by participating in extracurricular activities, committees, and events as needed.
