Construction Casualty Insurance is looking for an experienced Certificates Specialist to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Certificates Specialist must have at least 1 year of experience in the commercial insurance industry. The role involves issuing certificates for commercial customers, checking contracts, and working with account managers to resolve issues. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including producers, the marketing department, and other account managers to improve the entire customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all certificate-related matters including issuing certificates and checking contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Work closely with account managers to resolve customer issues.
- Use Applied Epic to document and manage certificate activity.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer needs and objectives.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, required.
- Experience with Applied Epic, preferred.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Florida insurance license.
