Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end luxury services, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector. This role is crucial for expanding our client base by developing relationships with local high-end clubs and organizations, as well as organizing events to attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a local sales strategy to attract high-end clients, focusing on luxury medical services.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through local high-end clubs, such as golf clubs, country clubs, and other luxury associations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within these clubs to facilitate client acquisition.
- Represent Human Longevity at local events, networking opportunities, and community activities to promote our services.
Client Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and organize local events aimed at attracting new clients.
- Provide personalized consultations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our precision medicine and longevity solutions.
- Follow up with leads generated from events and other marketing activities to convert them into clients.
Salesforce Management:
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and report on sales performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of client data, opportunities, and sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve our service offerings based on client interactions and market trends.
- Participate in regular team meetings to align on goals, strategies, and performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in high-end luxury services, with a preference for experience in the medical or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition in a luxury market.
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to organize and execute local events aimed at client acquisition.
