We seek accomplished Loan Officers with a proven track record of converting online leads. In this on-site role, the Loan Officer markets our quality mortgage products to company-provided leads, aiming to make the lending process exceed all parties' expectations. The Loan Officer can also partner with our extensive network of real estate agents to help borrowers find homes.
Duties include:
- Outbound calling from warm lead sources provided by Great Western
- Taking a complete, quality loan application, securing a locked interest rate as quoted to the client, ensuring the borrower qualifies for the loan program, collecting all supporting documentation, and handling any problems that arise during processing that may jeopardize the loan approval.
- Communicating effectively and quickly to all parties, both internally and externally, about timelines and expectations to ensure all loans close on time
- Execution of disclosures and submission of loan file for processing
- Manage the CRM, including follow-ups with warm leads and closed loans
- Pipeline management, including scheduled pipeline reviews, daily tracking, and weekly status calls to customers.
- Utilization of designated Sales tools and reporting methods
- Continuing to develop and follow daily, weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
- Build and maintain realtor relationships with GW Realty.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years’ Loan Officer experience in the mortgage lending industry
- Possess a current mortgage loan originator license for applicable state(s).
- Well versed in mortgage industry sales, customer service, marketing, setup, processing, underwriting, closing and software automation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
