Responsibilities
- Lead the project Work with the general contractor to plan and install the low voltage system including CCTV, Access Control, AV system, structured cabling, IT asset moving, and server room.
- Work with Architect and MEP for the design and construction.
- Manage the subcontractors for the low-voltage installation.
- Provide the initial client contact to assess the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to successfully complete a project.
- Prepare a complete estimate for selected projects with a detailed review of plans and specifications.
- Plan and organize a project under the direction of a construction project manager.
- Supervise all purchasing and delivery of project materials of the scope.
- Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
- Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the subcontractors to ensure the project is being built on schedule, and within budget.
- Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and under supervision.
- Provide all relevant documentation on the entire project cycle. Provide progress information and reports at regular intervals to meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with the client.
- Represent the company (NEXIEN) in the project meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or related majors
- 5 to10 years of experience in the low voltage project
- 2+ years of experience as a project manager
- Bi-lingual capability is preferred.
- Willing to travel for the projects.
