HR Compliance Associate
Pride Health is hiring an HR Compliance Associate for one of its clients in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a 12-month contract role with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits. This is a Hybrid opportunity.
Location – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (19146)
Length of assignment – 12 months of Contract (Possibility of extension)
Salary Range - $20.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. (Based on experience)
Shift – M-F Day 8:30-5 EST. At least 1-2 days in the office each week, however, there may be weeks with no days in the office or more days in the office.
Job Summary
- This position works in sync with the HR Compliance Specialist providing guidance, employee assistance, and project management support for Client's Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) clearances renewal program.
- The HR Compliance Associate is responsible for providing tier-one resource support on all CPSL policies, processes, and procedures.
- This is a hybrid role.
- Due to the nature of the work, this role will require you to be onsite at least one to two days per week.
Requirements
- Education, Experience and Certifications -
- Associate’s degree Required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR Compliance.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills; must be detail-oriented; and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
