Job description
Seeking a renewable energy Asset Manager to oversee the profit and loss of the assigned assets and ensure key performance metrics are met or exceeded.
Reporting to the COO- Americas, this role will oversee and manage all aspects of health, safety and environmental performance, asset performance, warranty management, contractor and contract management, energy delivery and performance reporting.
This role will also lead the creation and management of generation budgets for the assigned assets and drive innovation in performance management.
Responsabilities:
- Be health, safety and environmental champion at all levels in Enfinity Global and when interacting with vendors and partners.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance with laws, regulations and policies at any time for any Enfinity personnel or third party contractors on site.
- Responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the assigned assets.
- Manage and supervise site performance, site management, service providers performance and any other third party at the assigned sites.
- Manage warranty claims from gathering data, compiling and structuring claims, and dealing with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)s or other equipment or service providers until successful completion.
- Manage insurance claims from gathering data, compiling and structuring claims, and dealing with insurance carrier until successful completion.
- Along with the performance management team, manage fleet performance analysis and reporting, seek improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Manage contract and regulatory compliance for the assigned sites to ensure milestones are met and contracts are managed to maximize asset return for Enfinity while in compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Procurement of services from third parties, as necessary, and following company policies and procedures.
- Create and manage purchase orders and receipts within the company ERP system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant degree.
- 5+ years of successful U.S. renewable energy industry experience in asset management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding renewable asset performance expectations.
- Proven track record of entrepreneurship within organizations and developing and leading performance improvement.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to develop/oversee performance management systems and models.
- Experience with managing, operating, compiling and delivering results with large and complex data sets.
- Experience in working in multi cultural international teams.
- Proficient English is a must. Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
