Oakleaf Partnership is partnered with a market-leading Tech firm in their search for a Total Rewards Lead/ Rewards Manager to join their growing rewards team during an exciting growth period. This will be a fast-paced role looking for someone to lead, develop and elevate the benefits & compensation function.
Role
- You will lead the benefits program for the global organization, including recommending new or improved benefits plan designs, policies, efficiencies, and cost-saving measures, and leading the benefits support in our HCM system, Workday.
- You will troubleshoot to resolve all aspects of the organization's benefit plans.
- You will lead our annual benefit plan audits and ensure compliance with federal and state laws including the ACA.
- You will manage employee/employer and employee/vendor relationships. You will review and modify, as necessary Plan Documents, Summary Plan Descriptions and administrative procedures.
- You will facilitate the annual Open Enrollment process, carrier feeds, health plan renewals and communication materials.
- You will design and validate reports utilizing the Workday and benefit vendor websites.
- You will manage all aspects of Leave of Absence benefits
- Partner closely with key stakeholders, including leaders and HRBPs, to understand business strategies and needs; develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for compensation, benefits and performance philosophy and policies;
- Formulate and iterate total rewards strategy and compensation policies for business to align with business strategy, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity;
We are keen to hear from ambitious, versatile Rewards professionals with drive. The individual will need to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate environment preferably a mix of in-house and external experience. TECH preferred.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of rewards experience with health and defined contribution plans.
- A high attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to collect, organize and analyze data is required.
- Proven track record in the management of benefit plans and a strong focus on plan compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and accounting relationship to benefits and compensation.
