Introduction
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Phone Sales Specialist position. This position is a contract to direct hire opportunity, which is expected to be on-site in Maitland, FL. This position has strong potential of transitioning to direct hire.
Summary
The Phone Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales leads for Sr. Sales Team, by identifying key decision makers within organizations that are technical in nature.
Expected to make average of 50-60 calls per day, with a rough script and follow-up materials to email and forward to Sr. Sales rep.
***** Base pay + Commission for qualified leads and additional commission for a successful close of sales
First shift = M-T 9am to 6pm Fridays 9am to 5pm
Qualified candidates would have the following:
- Love Outbound Calling (expected to do 50-60 calls per day)
- CRM experience (similar to SalesForce)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Computer proficient (sending follow up emails)
- Dependable and Reliable (onsite only - NO REMOTE)
