Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients within the logistics industry, focusing on companies that can benefit from our specialized staffing solutions.
- Outbound Outreach: Utilize a mix of cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to connect with prospects and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their staffing needs and aligning them with Valoroo’s offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including the number of meetings booked, conversion rates, and sales pipeline development.
Qualifications:- Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Logistics Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with a third-party logistics (3PL) company, with a strong understanding of the industry’s needs and challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, meet targets, and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
