Responsibilities:
- Recruit recent college grads or experienced b2b salespeople. Conduct interviews, assessments and check references.
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales training program covering cold calling techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Set performance expectations, monitor results, and develop plans to expand market share.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to sales representatives.
- Assign and manage sales territories.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales in a financial services industry.
- Experience in high-volume cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Target salary $75,000 - $88,000 plus bonus.
