Job Description:
As the Founding Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our hyper-growth phase by expanding our client base and fostering existing customer relationships. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and shape the company's trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Execute full sales cycle activities within the SaaS, IoT/hardware, real estate, security, and related industries.
- Utilize HubSpot and other tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and optimize sales processes.
- Cultivate relationships with multi-family residences, private communities/HOA's, country clubs, yacht clubs, resorts/hotels, and prospective clients in healthcare, manufacturing, and beyond.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Demonstrate our solution's value proposition, emphasizing its security benefits and environmental sustainability.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, summits, and sales kick-off events.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industries.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a consultative and relationship-focused approach.
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
