We’re looking for a Director of Business Development to join our growing team at a high-end, boutique, technology consulting firm in Denver, CO. This role is best suited for someone enthusiastic, resilient, and detail-oriented that wants to expand their background and earning-potential in sales in a challenging, quality-based, and downright awesome environment.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Utilize our multiple sales tools to source prospects, engage in outreach via phone and email to both cold and warm leads, and set meetings, both virtually and in person, and turn that activity into meaningful and profitable client relationships.
- Relationship management with prospective and current clients throughout the sales cycle, including frequent reach outs, site visits, client lunches, etc., while delivering exceptional talent, consulting, or solutions that impact your client's core business needs.
- Grow and cultivate additional relationships within established accounts to expand our reach and impact.
- Update and maintain our database with precise, accurate, and complete account information.
- Drive sales by achieving key performance metrics and goals on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
- Complete special projects as assigned by management.
YOU’LL BE VERY SUCCESSFUL HERE IF YOU HAVE
- At least 5 years of experience building, maintaining, and growing a client base.
- A current book of business and strong relationships to elevate your level of service with our high-end, white-glove organization.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
- Strong customer service and customer support experience for both clients and internal teammates.
- Exceptional listening, rapport building, time management, and organizational skills.
- A history of reliability, dedication, resilience, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s/associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $65k – $75k base depending on experience, plus a competitive, uncapped commission plan.

- Three weeks of PTO to start, and an additional day of PTO each year, with unlimited PTO after 5 years.
- 2pm Fridays – Focus on core business requirements all day, with no internal meetings and get a strong start to the weekend.
