Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Type: Hybrid, Full Time
Reports to: Director of Sales
Pay: Base + commission + bonus (OTE $100,000/yr +)
Job Summary:
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for effectively developing strong relationships with prospective clients and will act as their guide to help them reach their objectives by demonstrating exceptional listening skills. The sales manager will conduct tours of the venue and provide an exceptional experience for all guests. The sales manager will be responsible for achieving specific sales targets and will continuously look for ways to grow the business which will include, but is not limited to prospecting and attending events outside of the venue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM and sales pipeline
- Schedule and conduct tours of the venue
- Create an exceptional tour experience
- Actively prospect in order to create new opportunities for sales growth
- Provide exceptional service to both new and existing clients
- Attend networking events in order to build relationships and drive new business
- Establish and nourish effective vendor relationships
- Work closely with other team members across the organization, and participate in various team meetings
- Ability to assist with event execution as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent client service and sales skills
- Possess the highest level of professionalism at all times
- Excellent prospecting skills and ability to attend outside events and meetings
- Self directed with a positive attitude and high energy level
- Is outgoing, personable, and relatable
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of prospective clients
- Basic computer skills, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
