Outside Sales Representative - Packaging Industry
Location: Westwood, Massachusetts Covering a 2.5-hour radius)

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Engage in hunting for new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our client base within a 2.5-hour radius of Westwood, Massachusetts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support, selling full "Program" or package
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a track record of documented success in the field.
- Achieve a balanced product category mix that includes Corrugated, Foam, Labels, Thermoforming, Packaging Materials, Direct Contact Packaging Films, Equipment, Jan-San, Chemicals, Retail and Misc. Items.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally with 3-7 years out of school. Proven hunting experience with 50% or more in previous roles is required.
- Industry Knowledge: B2B sales experience in the industrial sector, specifically in packaging, is highly preferred.
- Local Network: Ability to bring a local book of business is a significant advantage.
