Title: HR Generalist
Location: South St. Paul, MN (100% on-site)
Employment Type: Full-time; Monday-Friday

Compensation will vary upon experience:
- Entry Level: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
- Mid Level: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
- Senior Level: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
- QUARTERLY BONUS - ANNUAL AVERAGE OF 18% - 25% IN BONUSES

- Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment and address employee issues promptly.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- HR Administration: Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Maintain accurate and confidential HR files.
- Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
