I am looking for a Consultant to join our dynamic and fast paced team in our New York office!

- Salary £$70,000 -$90,000 DOE+ OTE

What will your day look like?
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Research, build and manage a client base in the USA
- Source, engage and recruit top tier talent into technical roles
- Conduct a thorough screening and interview process to assess candidates skills and attributes
- Provide a positive client and candidate experience throughout
- Undertaking the full 360 process, including finding and winning new business
- Manage the offer and interview stages with candidate and client
- Provide a consultative approach as an expert in your field
- Assist other team members as and when needed
Job Requirements
- Worked within a similar role
- Experienced in dealing with the full 360 recruitment life cycle
- You are highly motivated and driven
- You are a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in winning new business
- Driven & ambitious
